Maintenance Membership​

$180.00 (per system) Preventative Maintenance Agreement includes more than 36 Inspected Items:

  1. Inspect the outdoor condensing unit
  2. Inspect the condenser coil
  3. Inspect the evaporator coil
  4. Inspect the blower assembly
  5. Check blower speed
  6. Inspect line for visible refrigerant leaks
  7. Check the condensate drain pan for damager
  8. Check air registers and ducts for cleanliness
  9. Ensure that superheat and sub cooling are correct
  10. Inspect drain line
  11. Check for loose electrical connections
  12. Verify that all equipment has the correct voltage
  13. Take note of any necessary heat pump repair work
  14. Check for and repair air duct leakage
  15. Check all wires and pipes on the outdoor condensing unit
  16. Listen for excessive vibration on the condenser
  17. Inspect the blower fan, motor and electrical system
  18. Check in the blower is running at the right speed
  19. Listen for excessive noise or vibration when furnace is running
  20. Inspect the blower assembly for proper functioning
  21. Check the air filter for dirt accumulation
  22. Inspect the heat exchanger for corrosion, cracks, or damage in the ignitor, flame sensor, and associated wiring
  23. Inspect wiring and control circuit
  24. Check that wires are secured to the pressure switches
  25. Check that all furnace safety controls work properly
  26. Inspect the gas piping and gas valve assembly
  27. Check if vent connector pipes are securely fastened and supported
  28. Verify correct voltage to furnace equipment
  29. Test and measure carbon monoxide around the furnace
  30. Inspect thermostat operating and programming
  31. Take note of any necessary furnace repair work
  32. Check that all humidifier components are positioned properly
  33. Check heat strips for corrosion, pitting or burns
  34. Measure heat strip amp draw
  35. Inspect fuses
  36. Inspect limit switches
